How do I return an order?

We want to make sure you are totally psyched with your purchase. Jungmaven gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise in the same condition in which you received it within 30 days of purchase. 


Jungmaven offers free return shipping on all U.S. exchange orders. The customer is responsible for the $7 return shipping fee on all return orders that are refunded in full; the fee will be deducted from the final refund. If you would like to ship an international order, please contact customerservice@jungmaven.com.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, you will be prompted on the next page to do so and will have the option of choosing another size and/or color. In the case that you'd like to exchange for a different item altogether, please contact customerservice@jungmaven.com. 


If you would like a store credit, please request a Refund when prompted and simply state in the comments box that you’d like a store credit. We will issue you a credit by email.


Jungmaven offers free shipping on exchanges and will refund the $7 shipping fee on any returns in exchange for site credit. 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
